Utilisation

All-around airtight, vapour-open, solid acrylic adhesive tape ideal for waterproofing and airsealing windows, doors and corner connections.

Avantages

• 3 strip release paper for accurate and quick corner taping
• Tested for 100-year adhesion per DIN 4108-7
• Pressure activated adhesive bonding. Can be blower door tested and is waterproof after pressurization with PRESSFIX
• Solid acrylic adhesive is applied across the entire surface of the tape, with no adhesive-less patches where the connection could be compromised
• Fleece backing forms itself to slightly uneven substrates

Substrates

• Bonds to Pro Clima materials, solid wood surfaces, polyethylene, metal, foil, housewraps and sheathing
• Adhesion test recommended on PVC/fiberglass/alum. window frames - production oils/silicone residues might need to be cleaned off for proper long term adhesion

• Perm Rating: Perm 8 (Sd value: 0.4m)
• Release paper: split release paper, for easy application on two side of seams, inside corners, etc.
• Release strip widths: 12 mm (1/2"), 23 mm (7/8"), 25 mm (1")
• UV/weather Resistance: 6 months of exposure
• Polypropylene backing forms itself to slightly uneven substrates
